Welcome to the first of four special episodes recorded in the Podcast Lab during the 6th annual Los Angeles Podcast Festival at the Millennium Biltmore Hotel in Downtown Los Angeles, CA, October 6-8, 2017.  Rumors abounded this year that it might be the final LA Podcast Festival, but we’re keeping our fingers crossed for another one next year, so we can again bring you our annual compilation episodes from the event.  The festival is an amazing, creative weekend for podcasters and fans, alike.  Our continued thanks to Graham Elwood, Chris Mancini and Dave Anthony for creating and producing this annual highlight.

Clancy Brown – Actor in multiple influential movies, including Highlander, The Adventures of Buckaroo Banzai: Across The Eighth Dimension, and The Shawshank Redemption.  Voice actor, best known for his role as Mr. Krabs in Spongebob Squarepants. Brock Powell – Voice actor, best known as the voice of the Kool-Aid Man and supporting roles in Milo Murphy’s Law on Disney XD.  Podcaster on the UnPOP Podcast.  (Hear his influential films in episode 39)

Bethany Brinton – Composer, Arranger and Performer, whose work can be heard at her website, as well as in this amazing new video of Beethoven’s “Fur Elise” reworked as jazz.  (Hear her influential films in episode 44)
